The engine is coupled through the SPITWATER ‘Oz-Tuff’ belt drive to an Interpump crankshaft piston pump, operating at 1450 rpm to ensure long-lasting reliability and efficiency. With a water pressure of 200 Bar (2900 psi) and a flow rate of 21 L/min, it is perfect for large contract cleaning, fleet maintenance, earth-moving equipment servicing, and property maintenance. The stainless steel heating coil, combined with a 12 V electric diesel-fired burner, provides instant hot water, making it highly effective for tasks such as de-greasing, disinfecting, and descaling.  

A thermostat enables precise temperature control, optimising cleaning performance across various applications. Built with safety and serviceability in mind, the SW21-200SPE features a fully enclosed heating compartment, a built-in emergency stop (E-Stop), and a battery isolator, ensuring compliance with Australian industry safety standards. The design allows for easy access to the pump and engine, simplifying maintenance and reducing downtime. Additional features include a cooling tank to protect the pump from overheating, an in-line filter to shield pistons and seals from scoring, and a pressure gauge for convenient performance monitoring.
